What are the shipping options?
All Orders are processed within 24-48 Hours, and on average 1-2 Business Days.
All orders are Packaged, Shipped and Arrive Safely on your Door in 7-15 Business Days, with most Customers reporting receiving theirs in as little as 7-10 Days.
- What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay? We are Not Currently Registered for GST. No Taxes, or GST will be charged.
- When will I receive my order? All orders are Packaged, Shipped and Arrive Safely on your Door in 7-15 Business Days, with most Customers reporting receiving theirs in as little as 7-10 Days. However, in some cases its been a lot sooner. Some delays can be expected due to Covid-19 and Manufacturer & International Freight Company & Logistics Delays. We Appreciate your precious time and support !
- What do I do if I never received my order? This isn't something that happens often or at all, however if this is the case, Please Contact Us Immediately via the Store's Online Chat or Via Email. However with mail theft and scams always on the rise, its best to be vigilant, and ensure you're able to receive Parcels safely, or in safe and secure location, etc.
- What Happens If I only receive some of my order, or partial? When purchasing numerous watches or larger quantities, the order may be split into multiple shipments with varying tracking numbers, shipping times, and delivery dates owing to Our Direct Manufacture Shipping. Different brands or variations can lead to diverse suppliers/manufacturers. We regret any confusion or inconvenience.
- Delays In Order Processing & Notifications? Quite Often it's because of Some Items in Your Order may result in Nil Stock, placed on Back-Order with our Direct Wholesale Manufacturer. Backorders are typically delayed 3-5 days or less before fulfillment and dispatch. Your Order may have multiple shipping dates and separate parcels due to Direct Manufacturer Shipping.
- Delays In Shipping or Tracking Issues? We understand that there may be some delays during End of Year Sales and Christmas Holiday periods, so please bear with us. Our team is working hard to process, prepare, and dispatch orders within 2-4 days due to high demand. This may also cause a delay of 24-48 hours or more in shipping status updates. Please note that customs may also experience delays of up to a week during holiday and end of year periods. In some cases, it may take 24-48 hours before tracking numbers can be recognized by local delivery services due to our direct shipping method using international carriers. Tracking information may only become available close to the delivery date, especially during busy holiday times. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
- What do I do if I received a defective order? This isn't something that happens often or at all, however if this is the case. Please Contact Us Immediately. You will be given the option of a FULL REFUND or an ORDER REPLACEMENT, conditions apply.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Please Contact Us via the Website Chat Feature or follow the Link from our Contact Us Page within 24 Hours A.S.A.P. Afterwards wouldn't be possible unfortunately. Please be careful when deciding & Purchasing. Thank you.
- Where are you located? We are located in Australia, Brisbane. However, majority of our Watches our Shipped & Imported from across the globe.
- How do I make sure I order the right size? Most of our watches come with the Needle Pin Adjuster Tool to be able to remove links if needed yourself ( To Adjust Wrist Size ). Most Jewellery & Watch Stores will offer a Size Adjustment FREE of charge.
